EDGUY Confirmed For Czech Republic's BENATSKA NOC Festival

German melodic metallers EDGUY have been confirmed as one of the headliners of the Benatska Noc festival, set to take place July 27-29 near Prague, Czech Republic. EDGUY will perform on July 27. Also scheduled to appear are THE GATHERING and THE 69 EYES, among many others.

The North American leg of EDGUY's "Rocket Ride World Tour" will launch on September 11 in Hartford, Connecticut and will include Canada's INTO ETERNITY and Bay Area thrashers LIGHT THIS CITY.

EDGUY filmed a live DVD on November 3, 2006 at the Credicard Hall in São Paulo, Brazil. The band's latest album, "Rocket Ride", entered the German national album chart at position No. 8 upon its release in late January 2006. The CD also came in at No. 8 in Sweden, No. 25 in Finland, No. 32 in Hungary, No. 48 in Japan, No. 50 in Switzerland, No. 50 in Austria, No. 79 in Norway and No. 81 in Italy.
